1/2 cup muesli (we use Lidl's Deluxe version)
1 apple
Frozen fruit, to taste (raspberries, or berry mix)
1 cup oat milk or kefir. Oat milk is nicer; kefir is probably better for you.
Grate your apple into a bowl, then stir in the rest of the ingredients. The fruit should thaw overnight in the fridge.
